WATER FASTING RETREAT
MANGAMAUNU RETREAT: 4-8 September 2025
In September this year I am planning to do a water fasting retreat at an exclusive accommodation just outside of Kaikoura.
This promises to be a really fulfilling 5 days (with a 72 hour water fast) amongst the yoga, ocean dipping, massages and nourishing food either side of the fast.
